Section 1 – General Conditions: Product Price and Product Stock The price and availability of any product depend entirely on stock. If a product or service is unavailable, I-Xen will inform you as soon as possible and suggest similar or alternative products, or if an advance payment has been made, it will be refunded according to our refund policy. By visiting I-XENBD.COM or purchasing from the website, you agree that due to the nature of business, natural conditions, global circumstances, incoming stock, or sell-outs, customers may be suggested similar or alternative products, or the entire order may be canceled, even after the order is placed, due to the product being out of stock.

The price of any product on our site may change without any notification or warning. We strive to keep the prices on our site accurate, but prices may change over time. In such cases, you will be informed before the order is dispatched for delivery, and you may choose to accept or cancel the order. I-Xen reserves the right to stop, change, or modify any service, offer, or delivery at any time. I-Xen will not be liable to you or anyone else for these changes.

Section 2 – Products All our products are available online through I-XENBD.COM. Product quantities may be limited, so return and exchange facilities will only be processed according to our Return Policy.

I-XENBD.COM strives to accurately display or describe the color, size, or any other variation of all products on the site and provides options for selection. However, due to user device settings, device models, OS regions, or color calibration, the color or size of the product may appear different. Therefore, I-XENBD.COM cannot guarantee that the product will look exactly like the images shown on the site in reality. If a product does not match the website description, you may return the unused product according to our Return and Replacement Policy. A customer cannot register multiple accounts using a single phone number, email address, or account information. If you manage to do so, you will not be able to claim offers, discounts, deals, coupons, or flash offers more than once, and submitted orders may be canceled.

Section 4 – Discounts Coupon codes, promo codes, discount offers, or sign-up offers effectively reduce the regular price of a product. Once a discount coupon or gift card order is successful, it cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged. According to this policy, a customer created with the same phone number or email address cannot take advantage of a discount or offer more than once. Promotional SMS or offer banner content will only contain the main content of the offer; detailed Terms and Conditions are mentioned on the website, so there is an opportunity to check the terms before accepting the offer. Any complaints, claims, or questions related to products taken from third parties must be directed to the third parties.

Section 6 – Errors and Inaccuracies Unexpectedly, there may be incorrect information on our website regarding some products or services. For example, typographical errors, incorrect information, or inaccuracies regarding product details, pricing, promotions, offers, delivery charges, or stock. Therefore, we reserve the right to correct such errors or change information without prior notice. If a product price is accidentally reduced significantly and ordered, that order may be canceled. For example, if the price of a 1200 Taka product is mistakenly listed as 12.00, such paid orders may be canceled and refunded.

Section 7 – Order Cancellation I-XENBD.COM always sells original and authentic products. Therefore, every product is received from authorized vendors and quality-checked before delivery. Thus, if any product is found to have issues after quality checking, I-Xen reserves the right to cancel that order. We are trying to provide our customers with the best shopping experience. Additionally, I-Xen reserves the right to cancel an order if a product is out of stock. Because, for some reasons, product stock cannot be predicted in advance. For example, unexpected inventory issues, website management issues, vendor stock update issues, or any unexpected issue where demand suddenly increases and stock runs out, and if there are excess orders, they may be canceled and refunded.

Section 8 – Prohibited Uses The reasons for which our website usage is prohibited are described below: (a) Used for unethical purposes. (b) Used to solicit others for unethical acts.
