Delivery Policy
All parcels from I-Xen will be delivered in closed boxes. This means that payment must be made before receiving the parcel. There is no opportunity to check the product and return it if you do not like it upon delivery. The delivery company’s responsibility is only to deliver the package. If any issues arise, please contact I-Xen directly.
After receiving the product, you must record a full unboxing video at home. If anything is missing from the package or if the wrong product is delivered, this video must be sent to us as proof, and we will take appropriate action after investigation. If we have delivered the wrong product, we will replace it at our own expense.
Return Policy: For all products, including those with warranties (e.g., 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, etc.), if any product fault is proven within 7 days from the invoice date, please send it to the address below via Sundarban Courier, Pathao, RedEx, e-Courier, Steadfast, or any other courier that delivers to our office (Do not send via SA Paribohon, as it will take longer to resolve).
Note: Before sending the product, ensure that you include everything received at the time of delivery and pack it neatly in a box with wrapping. Do not apply tape directly to the product box. If the original box is not available, wrap the product in newspaper and then apply tape over the paper before sending it via courier. If the product is not packed properly, or if the product or box is damaged/not in a resellable condition, the return request will not be accepted.
List of conditions where Return, Exchange, Warranty, and Refund are not applicable:
Exchange is not applicable if the product has been used.
Warranty will not be provided if there is any burn or physical damage to the product.
Warranty will not be provided if the intact seal or sticker is removed.
Warranty will not be provided if there are scratches/stains/adhesive marks on the product.
There is no warranty on accessories/chargers/adapters.
There is no warranty on gift items or prizes.
Returns are not applicable for third-party device/app compatibility issues.
There is no warranty on belts, chains, or batteries.

After receiving your product, our team will verify the details of your return issue within 24 hours (the return process will be followed according to steps 1, 2, and 3).
Who will bear the courier fee? If a product fault occurs within 7 days from the invoice date, the customer will bear the courier cost for sending the product to us, and we will bear the cost for sending the replacement back. However, for warranty issues after 7 days, the customer must bear both the inbound and outbound courier costs.
How long can delivery and returns take? Typically, it takes 1-3 days within Dhaka and 2-5 days outside Dhaka. It may take 3-15 days to check the return and provide a resolution.
