I-Xen Replacement Warranty Policy

At I-XENBD.COM, we always sell original and authentic products. Most of our products come with a brand warranty, while some products are sold without a warranty. Products with a warranty are mentioned on the website or may include a warranty card in certain cases. Any product under the replacement warranty period will be replaced a maximum of one time; if issues persist (within the warranty period), it will be covered under service warranty. In other words, replacement is applicable only once.

Conditions for Replacement:

  • Manufacturing defects.

  • Operating system-related issues (not related to any specific apps).

  • Device failing to power on due to internal issues. (Accessories such as remotes, keyboards, batteries, lights, etc., are not covered under warranty).

  • Product restarts or fails to function even at 60% performance.

Generally, products with a replacement warranty are replaced if the issue is proven (provided the criteria are met). However, replacement may be invalid for certain reasons; some examples are given below:

Conditions Where Replacement is Not Applicable:

  • Replacement/Exchange is not applicable if the product has been used.

  • Belts, chains, and batteries have no warranty.

  • Physical damage, broken parts, or burn marks.

  • If the original software/warranty sticker is missing or tampered with.

  • Abnormal use or use in an unsuitable environment (where the product is not intended to be used).

  • Products that have already been replaced once are no longer eligible for further replacement warranty.

  • Replacement may be delayed due to stock shortages; if completely unavailable, a service warranty may be offered instead.
